Become the art through which your life - and the world - begins to change.

A return to yourself, your creative direction, and your place in a changing world.

We are living a time of profound

transition.

Many people feel a quiet sense

that the ways they once lived,

worked, and defined themselves

no longer fully fit.

Not because they are lost,

but because something

new is asking to emerge.

A way of being that integrates

body and mind.

Creativity and clarity.

Inner truth and conscious participation.

Because your life is not separate

from the future we are shaping.

The Philosophy:

Embodied Art

Embodied Art is a process of returning

to the body, awakening creativity,

and living in deeper relationship with life.

Here, life is not something to control or perform,

but something to feel, shape, and express.

When the body becomes the medium,

your life becomes the art.

The Method

A process of moving from within

into meaningful direction and expression.

BODY

Returning to yourself through sensation,

presence, and embodied awareness.

Listening to what is alive.

Building trust in your inner experience.

Remembering to move from within.

CULTURE

Expanding awareness of the world

you are part of and the ways

you are in relationship with it.

Understanding the systems, narratives,

and spaces where your presence,

voice, and contribution are being called.

IMAGINATION

Giving form to what wants

to emerge through you.

Developing the capacity to envision,

experiment, and shape a life and work

that feel true, alive, and meaningful.

The Offerings

The Current

A deep, guided process for women in transition
who are ready to reconnect with themselves,
clarify their direction, and shape their next creative chapter with intention.

Embodied Art

A living practice of reconnection
through the body, movement, and creative expression. Shared through spaces, experiences, and artistic explorations that invite you back into your inner current.

About

I am Maíra -
a Brazilian artist and facilitator based in Amsterdam.

My work lives at the intersection of
embodiment, creativity, and cultural inquiry.

Through reflective spaces, artistic expression, and transformational work,
I explore what it means
to live, create, and move through the world
in a more conscious and embodied way.

I support women in reconnecting with themselves,
clarifying their direction,
and shaping lives that feel more true, alive, and aligned with who they are becoming.

A more conscious and regenerative culture begins when we remember how to live in relationship with ourselves, with each other, and with life itself.

When we reconnect with the body, our creativity, and our inner direction, life begins to move differently.

More intentionally.
More truthfully.
More alive.

You are welcome here.
